Who runs Weichert Creative?
Weichert Creative is owned and operated by Scott Weichert. Scott has been drawing since early childhood and has been a professional Graphic Designer since 1985. With more than two decades of experience, there's very little Scott hasn't seen or created.

Are store transactions secure?
Yes. All transactions are processes through Paypal, one of the most secure and trusted online processing services. For more information on Paypal security click here.

What information do you collect from me and keep?
Weichert Creative retains a record of your email address associated with your payment, a list of images you've purchased and nothing else. We do not collect or store any financial information. All payments are processes via PayPal. For more information on Paypal security click here.

Will I get my art immediately?
Once you purchase a piece of art, you will be sent an automated email containing a link and log in information to download the images you've purchased. In most cases this email is received in a matter of minutes. However, since email is subject to your internet connection and your mail server you may experience some slight delay on the rare occasion. If, at any time, you are concerned about delivery of purchased art, please contact us immediately. We're here to help

Can I download purchased art again later?
Download links remain valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. You may download as often as you need during that period. If you need further access to downloads, after the initial 24 hours has passed, please contact us.

I use Freehand or CorelDraw, will your files work with those applications?
For the most part, yes. There are some features in Adobe Illustrator which do not, at this time transfer to Freehand or CorelDraw. The biggest of these features is Illustrators Gradient Mesh. We've indicated in the item description whether or not gradients or gradient meshes have been used. Simply verify that the image you wish to use does not contain gradient meshes before purchasing. Images which contain no gradients (also indicated in the item description) should transfer to other vector editing software without any issues.

Every download also contains a large jpg image. In some cases, the jpg image may work well for your needs. If you are uncertain how Weichert Creative files may work in any given situation please contact us, we'll be happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
